Your information
The short version: we only use what you send us to answer you, thank you and keep our records. We never sell it.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: for example your name, email, mailing address, phone number, gift details, or the details of a funding request. The forms email that information to the Foundation’s board. The website doesn’t keep a copy.
How we use it
To reply to you, process and acknowledge gifts, send tax receipt letters, review funding requests, and keep the records a 501(c)(3) must keep. If you ask us to keep your gift anonymous, we won’t list your name as a donor.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Square. Card numbers are entered on Square’s secure checkout, never on this website.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your device’s IP address in order to deliver them. The scholarship application and paper funding form are Google Forms and Google Docs, covered by Google’s privacy policy.
